I have the PowerSpec G706 for two years. I reset my PC to clean out my drive and start fresh, and now I'm locked out of windows 10 and have no way of using my computer as a result.
I've reset it several times, trying to start over, it's not working. When I try and use safe mode with CMD, I'm in an X drive and can't access the C drive. It won't let me download windows from the cloud even with an internet connection.
Can anyone help me?
EDIT: I kept using Reset PC feature, trying all the different permutations of options, and finally got the Blue Install Screen. What can I do to avoid this from happening again the next time I want to clean my drives out and start fresh?

This is a bug that pops up from time to time, I've been seeing it since Windows Vista. It's very rare, and I've never encountered it twice on the same system.
As for fixing it, there's a very good guide on the tenforums: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/145678-fix-user-profile-service-failed-sign-error-windows-10-a.html
Issue stems around your user profile being set as a backup in the registry, with a temp profile set as the main.
