My computer is brand new - Lenovo Ideapad. Camera won't work - I just had my first zoom meeting and it wouldn't work. I've watche 3 videos on youtube, have done what was suggested, but the camera won't work. I dont' see how I can schedule someone to look at this and get it working. Why can't I call the store?
