ESET Activation?

I bought a desktop a couple of days ago and I was trying to set up my ESET security and it says my license key found on my receipt is invalid. What can I do about this?

from my understanding you can create a new user and grant access, rights & permissions U are unable to perform eset protect because the option isn't available
