Dell server with Windows Server 2016

I am located in Brookfield IL and I am looking for on site tech support for my Windows Server. I have been working with a local tech who has become completely undependable. When I am having a problem I cannt wait weeks for a response (maybe). Can anyone make a recommendation.

You might want to look into Dell ProSupport directly. I believe they still do in-home service. https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/servicesforsmallbusiness/cp/supportforenterprise
