Heyyo, I've been planning to drive down to the states to buy computer parts (There's no micro center in Canada right now T.T) and I was just wondering what I would do if I needed to return any of the parts. Would I be able to return the parts at a different micro center if my friends ended up going down to the states at a later date or is there some way for me to mail the parts back? Any help would be great:D
You can return to any Micro Center store. Our return policy can be found at https://www.microcenter.com/site/customer-support/return-policy.aspx
However there is only a 15 day on most PC components. After that you can make an RMA for faulty/defective products.
Greetings, to add on to this, we do not generally offer any sort of mail-in service for returns. If it was purchased in a Micro Center store, it would need to be returned to any Micro Center store.
Great, thanks so much :D
