Alternative GPU Water Block Option?

Hello everyone. I'm building my dream PC right now and the only part I'm missing is the GPU Water Cooling Block. Looking to see what alternative options there are out there (if any).

I purchased this GPU: MSI Gaming FeForce RTX 3090 (Ventus 3x 24G OC)

I was going to purchase the Corsair Hydro X Series XG7 RGB 30-Series Ventus GPU Water Block. I can't find this anywhere, not even used on Ebay (Not that I wanted a used one).

Are there other compatible Water Blocks for this GPU? Thank you so much for your thoughts & support!!!
