Price Protection Refund
A price protection refund was approved a week ago on March 25th. My AMEX still does not reflect the refund. When should I expect to see the refund and should the ticket submitted for it reflect an updated status?

Greetings. Typically a process like this can take up to 7-10 business days to be completed.
