Something happened recently to the Bluetooth on my B745. I had been using my Apple AirPods with it for months with them working flawlessly. All of a sudden the audio quality was horrible. I removed them from Bluetooth and tried to re-add them but they aren't being detected by "Add a device" in the Bluetooth settings. I tried removing the Bluetooth devices in Device Manager and re-adding them. I've tried to update the drivers in Device manager but Windows says they're running the best drivers. Any ideas??????

With the poor quality and the failure to detect the device now, this sounds like a connectivity issue with the Bluetooth module. Lets start at the antenna. Does your WIFI still work properly and detect local networks?
I'm very embarrassed about this. If I could have figured out how to delete the post last night I would have. Thanks so much for your response and you nailed it. It was the antenna. I had moved the tower around last weekend as I was rearranging the power strips, etc. under the desk. I disconnected the antenna because I'm on a wired network thinking I didn't need it. As a result of my many Google's on Bluetooth, something triggered me that it might be the antenna. I reconnected it and it fixed it immediately. Working perfectly. Thanks again!
