Right click on Chrome context menu has no Properties

I'm getting used to my new powerspec b748 + first time with win11. Here is one I can't figure out. When I right click on my Chrome shortcut, the context menu has no Properties. How do I get to Properties then? I've tried shift + f10. It has a bunch of crap that I don't care about but no properties. Interestingly if I right click the short cut on the task bar I don't even get the "More" option. I have to go into the Apps menu for that even to show up. For comparison, the Messages shortcut looks perfectly fine.

Am I crazy? I can't find anybody else on the web complaining about this, however I need to get to the properties.

Thank you

    Normal on the start menu for 10/11. You can do "Open File Location" then right click the shortcut and access the properties. If you pin it to the taskbar it'll have a properties menu as well.

    Wow. Correct - except I removed the old shortcut from the task bar, went to the "File Location" version of the shortcut and did Pin to Taskbar. The shortcut on the taskbar still has no properties. (See screen print.)

    So here are the old steps under Windows 10 vs new steps under Windows 11. See the productivity improvement? :)

    Still, thank you very much. I would never have found it!

    Windows 10

    * Right click on any Chrome shortcut

    * Click on Properties

    Windows 11

    * Click on Windows

    * Click on all apps

    * Right click on Chrome shortcut

    * Click More, Open file location

    * Right click on Chrome

    * Click on Properties

    If you right click on "Google Chrome" three up from the bottom, you'll get a context menu with properties as an option.
