Help! Lian Li Lancool 215 Fans Aren't working

Hi All,
I've got the above case and the ASUS H670-Plus D4 MoBo.
Fans don't even register in the BIOS...
I think I've done everything right, but obviously not.
Any/all help, question, pointers, taunts, etc. are 100% welcome!

There should be a SATA power cable coming from the bottom of the hub to power it. Make sure this is connected to the power supply.

That wire from the bottom completely mystified me! I had no idea it was a SATA cable, and the directions were not clear at all!
