Looking at setting up a new rig. I included a list of parts I am currently debating. Looking for some feedback. Good/bad/suggestions. I do occasionally game. I do however edit lots of photos ( photographer ) and edit videos. Looking for something that will excel in both areas well as well as game as needed. Thanks in advance.

Honestly, this is a pretty balanced build, maybe upgrade the graphics card for more performance, as the 5900X is kind of overkill for the RTX 3070 Ti, but this is a good build, and will have no problem gaming or photo editing.

If you haven't already, I suggest asking in a forum dedicated to the particular video and photo editing software you intend to use regarding good choices for graphics cards. Software of that type makes use of a given GPU differently compared to recommending one in general for games. Video editing in particular tends to not even use a GPU.
