So yesterday i bought an asus B550M-A wifi motherboard and i was trying to install the m.2 ssd but it didn't come with the screw and none in the bag neither do you guys sell any?

You should have received an M.2 Screw package with the system though. I would of been underneath the cardboard the motherboards sit on, it's a very small baggy with the standoffs and screws.

For this, there should be a small baggy with a bar code and some other labels on the front of it in the box. It's very easy to overlook cause it almost looks empty with all the labelling on the bag sometimes.

i ended up finding the little baggy i actually missed it. however now im running into a different issue where i have 2 ram sticks installed but only 1 stick is getting detected and i'm not sure why. I heard the click and i know i installed it correctly but it's not getting detected. tells me only 1 slot is being used when im using both. put the stick of ram in slot 2 and 4 please help.

Best way to see what's going on is try 1 stick at a time in each slot, boot it up, and see what detects. Will help you determine quickly if there's a bad RAM slot or bad RAM.

Hello good morning so i ended up testing each stick of ram on each slot individual like you said and they all worked so then i put both ram on slot 2 and 4 and now im reading 16 gb and it detected both. i guess last time i just didn't put the ram in deep enough to the slot. i just didn't want to break it i thought i already did enough especially since i heard the click but i guess i just needed to give a little push because now both ram are getting detected
