New customer coupon for Ender 3 pro
Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but I recently used this coupon "microcenter.com/site/content/specialoffer3dprinter.aspx" without issue
I sent it to a friend a couple days later however they get this message after putting in their info even though they have not received a coupon.
"Thanks loyal Micro Center customer, but this offer is for new customers / limit 1. Be a great friend & share this page with someone new."
Is there something we are missing here with how the coupons work exactly?

Greetings. They are also a new customer and have not shopped with us before? The message would be stating the phone number entered is already in use/already shopped before with us.
