As the title would suggest, I bought a software subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal for 12 months. The payment processed and is currently pending on my account. However, I have tried looking into my email and couldn't find the product code in neither my inbox, spam, deleted, or other emails. And currently perplexed on who to ask for guidance since it was done online and I have no receipt besides my bank.
