So I've been trying to get into circuit bending for a while, I have a few electronics to tinker with but I don't have much experience, and I can't say how many of the materials I have that are needed. However, I stumbled upon a list online that lists a few items somebody should when starting. I was hoping to get some recommendations for said products. If many of these items are just 'get whatever's cheapest' then that's good to know too. Please excuse my ignorance on the topic - and I hope I posted this in the right place as well.
Soldering Iron
Solder
Resistors
potentiometers
Wire
switches
Push to break buttons
Screwdrivers & bits (torx/hex bits)
Drill
Knobs
It depends on what you're looking to do. Have you done searches for these products on the MicroCenter website and other similar retailers? I'd suggest to look through reviews to help find products like this. You can also stop by a Micro Center if you're near one and talk to a salesperson. I don't know about them having drills, knobs, but they should have most of the other items
