Annoying pc

Hi I need help, I recently got a power spec g470 from you guys and I downloaded a few games and all of them are crashing in around 2 minutes or less and it is very annoying, I cannot play any game without the crashing. I’ve done everything I can think of and still doesn’t work please help I want to play games without problems, but warzone is worse than all of them it make my screen go black then it freezes and goes to the top left corner not letting me move it or exit out if it making me restart the pc and also making me very mad and annoyed.

Greetings. Are you getting any sort of error messages or blue screens?

Have you fixed any of your problems? I got an email from the tech too trying to figure this out. 

Did you also get stuff like Audio stuttering on videos or non-video game stuff like editing programs seem choppy? I don’t even have smooth mouse moments when using Photoshop.
