I purchased a gaming PC on 4/29. My CC instantly declined it. Within minutes I approved it. I missed a call from customer service on 4/30. I finally was able to speak to customer service and was told they need to speak to my CC customer service. I gave them the phone number and have heard nothing. I was told it would be resolved that day. I called again today and they still haven't call my card customer service. And the order is still pending.
How long should this take???
I'm thinking of cancelling the order...
