So I ordered a laptop over 2 days ago, first your website would not work, said billing address invalid no matter what card I used (and address was 100% correct) so i ended up calling in, they said they could do the order over the phone. well took 2 days from original call for them to finally place the order & I was told I would have a verification email within 24 hours.
they proceeded to take the money out of my account, I have yet to receive an order number or confirmation of any kind and am starting to get worried. Why am i not receiving a confirmation email or order number even after you took almost 1200$ out of my account? So far this is one of the worst ordering experiences I have ever had online. I need an update & am sick of calling the number and waiting on hold for 40 + minutes just to be told I will receive an email (at some point)......I have a lot of money out there and no confirmation, order number or tracking number, not even an estimated delivery date, WTF is going on?
