Renewing Eset Security

HELP, I have been trying to renew for several weeks and it will not allow me to due to an address issue? It looks like this is an on going issue, as this is a copy of someone else having the same issue. "I am trying to renew ESET. When I hit Renew License, I do get to the Micro Center website. I then log in and select a license for 1 computer for 3 years. The system verifies my shipping address then, when I hit Purchase, it just goes back to the shopping cart. I am unable to make a purchase. What to do"
