Can the arm on Inland LDT16-C024N be tightened?
I purchased the Inland LDT16-C024N dual arm monitor stand for a 21.5" and 32" curved monitor that I have. The specs state that each arm can handle up to 17 lbs of weight. My 32" curved monitor is 12 lbs, but the arm doesnt seem to support the full weight. When I attempt to leave the arm up in the higher position, it always sags down to the lower position. I do not have this problem with the 21.5" monitor. Is there a way to tighten the resistance on the arm so that it stays up? I've attached a gif for reference

Greetings. Where exactly on the mount were you looking to tighten?
