Unwanted Account showed up on my new Lonovo Legion 5 Laptop

Recently an unknown account showed up below mine on the Lonovo Legion 5 laptop computer that I purchased from Microcenter a few months ago.

I followed the recommended windows 11 instructions and deleted it from my control panel account settings.

Although it was deleted, It showed up when I started the computer again the next day.

I ran my ESET antivirus "complete scan" and it did not reveal any problems

I have a feeling, something exists in the registry that's reinstalling the account, but I need instructions on how to find it and delete it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you setup ESET Anti-Theft? If so what you're likely seeing is the phantom account, it's part of the anti-theft system.
