Brother printer repair

Brother MFC-L271ODW that I bought at Micro Center 10/5/21 is having the following issues:
Scanner - page got stuck doing a multi page scan and continues to do the same.
Print - right side of the page is very light print. Can hardly read.
I need to get these issues fixed. Help?
