Greetings, what is your intended budget for the video card?
Maybe something like this:

Yes actually, the card that is slightly faster is $50 more

but I believe that card is priced higher more for it's aesthetic than it's performance.
3070 Ti is probably the best choice right now at your price range for performance, keep in mind NVIDIA does recommend a 750W power supply for that model of card, but I have seen in most cases a 700W 80+ Gold rated PSU typically works just fine as long as you have the necessary PCI-e cables for it.
I'm incredibly happy with my 6800 XT, and my buddy loves his 3080. The beauty of this generation, is that (in my opinion) the offerings from both sides are super competitive. I LOVE DLSS, but the open-source appeal of FSR 2.0 can't be denied. I personally think the AMD Link feature is ingenious, but I'll be damned if Nvidia hasn't got their streaming initiative/technology down-pat. Nvidia's Reflex feature definitely has AMD beat, as well.
I would be most comfortable running a 3080 + 10700K on an 850 watt PSU, for that reason I would probably recommend a 3070 Ti or a RX 6800/XT, unless you're open to a new PSU.
Before you buy anything, I would do research on the games you're interested in playing and which components those games are optimized for. Lastly, stop by your local Micro Center! The BYO team would love to help you.
