I am in need of a receipt. I'm trying to complete a RMA for a product purchased about 2 years ago and I must have bought it in store and received a paper receipt because it's not linked to my account. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
Luckily there's a few options. I would visit the store you purchased it from for the easiest resolution (and who doesn't love a trip to good ol' MC), but you may also find help through the support section of the Micro Center website (https://www.microcenter.com/site/customer-support/help-center.aspx). Towards the bottom there is a button to chat with a MC associate. In the store, if you've paid with a card and still have that card, they may be able to pull the transaction from the card. We also sometimes store a product's serial # (depending on the product). If you have your product, I would definitely bring it with you so we can try and search for your transaction by serial # as well.
