I bought a powerspec pc (it was an open box) 1 week ago and I just realize the the RGB on the Coolermaster ML240L RGB only has 4 colors. I tried to change it on armoury crate but it just changes the fans and gpu (and the aio depending on the color I choose). I've check the cables but it looks fine the little arrows are lined up and connected so I'm not sure what's going on can someone help me?
Edit: There's one arrow connector that is a bit loose maybe that's the problem?
@RTXJ0KER
That tells us it's not anything individual and it's very unlikely both fans and the pump have a bad LED. There are two standard RGB connectors on the board. One at the top right, and one at the bottom right of the board. Three way RGB connector should connect to the top left RGB connector. Verify the arrow is on the left side here, closer to the CPU.
Sounds like green is non-functional on the AIO. Do the case fans on the front show the full color cycle? What model is your PowerSpec?
The case fans show the full color cycle and the model is the powerspec g902
On this unit the front case fans are ARGB and run through a controller on the back side of the chassis. The Cooler Master AIO is RGB. You're going to see a three way splitter that connects to the block/pump and then one to each fan. Each connector should have an arrow each side to indicate where the 12V pin should be aligned. The fans on the radiator are showing all colors as well, right? If so, we're just looking for the wire coming from the AIO to the three way splitter. Please make sure the arrows are aligned properly.
@TSMikeW The arrows are all aligned and also the fans on the radiator do not show all the colors
@TSMikeW I fix it it was the rgb connector on the board now I have all colors now thanks
