PSU Killed my CPU and possibly GPU
So i bought an EVGA PSU from Micro Center about 2 weeks ago and just got around to installing it. My computer was running fine, but after the install of the new PSU, My CPU light stays solid red. I think it burnt it out, because everything on the motherboard lights up, but my USB ports wont work with anything connected to the MB. Im not sure if it fried my GPU or not. The RAM still lights up but I dont know if it was affected. Im using a surge protector so I cant wrap my head around it. What do I do to make a claim on this, and does Micro Center replace the damaged parts?
PC Specs:
Asus TUF z590 MB (I think)
Ram: 2x8 3200Mhz
CPU: R9 5900x
GPU: XFX 5700XT
PSU: EVGA 850GA

Greetings, if you re-connect your old supply, does the PC normally?

Did you connect the 8 Pin CPU power in the top left of the board?
