Very slick build Ben! Love the choice to stick with the i5-12600k, its got more than enough juice to play games and other programs for most people without bumping up to the i7 or i9!
I'd probably bump up the cooling a little bit, maybe a dual fan version of the 212 or a Noctua cooler with 140mm to give you some room for overclocking and stability. I'm also all in on NVMe drives at this point not even for the speed, but just the lack of required cable management!
