Are the in-store prices the same as the online prices?

I have a coupon and I want to get the 5600x 50 dollars off. The online prices are 200 dollars with a 100 dollar discount and I'm not sure if it's the same for stores. Do the stores have the 100-dollar discount on them and can I even use the coupon on it or are they 300 dollars?
