i recently purchased this printer. i've had a few problems with it (the crispness of the print leaves A LOT to be desired). but now? i can't find replacement ink for it anywhere... not on this site; not on the Brother website, not on amazon, not on e-bay. yep... no replacement ink...
any suggestions? would be most appreciated.

If it is under the 30 day purchase, I would recommend to exchange the printer for a new/different printer.
First I would recommend to find the printer that would fit the need you desire and see if there is an easily accessible supply of ink to replace when needed. Sometimes asking our lovely Consumer Electronics department would help too!
After finding the desired printer, take both your purchased and new printer to the checkout and ask for the exchange. Easy and simple!
i assumed when i typed in the printer information it would say "xyz" compatible with this printer; i should have looked closer.
