So, I configured the components for a client's build & they opted for microcenter to build it at my recommendation (bent motherboard pin trend with other sellers). The i/o shield was not installed correctly so some ports are completely blocked. Since I can't call due to their new phone call policy, this situation completely blows. I'd either have to drive 1.5 hours to the facility or do this myself when the case requires me to uninstall EVERYTHING to fix this. Like, money was paid to avoid this situation.
Hello, I will send you an email regarding this so we can collect your purchase information and get you in contact with your local Micro Center store.
I got the email. How would one more easily contact MicroCenter for issues such as this? I can't find a phone number anywhere on their website.
I'm not in a store location myself, repair check-in paperwork typically has numbers for calls or texts directly to service on the paperwork, or when contacted by the service team by call/text, you can return a call or text to the same number during store hours.
We also have a live chat service on our microcenter.com website (not on community.microcenter.com) available during store hours to speak with as well who would be glad to send over your information or provide contact information to you.
