About the laptop and the warranty I got with it

About less then a year ago I bought a laptop and had gotten warranty. After using it for i while I
noticed a few dead pixels on the screen.
So I was wondering would the warranty let me replace the laptop or
would I be able to get in store credit and upgrade to a laptop with better specs?

    If you have a Micro Center warranty, we offer a walk-in service so an appointment is not required so a technician can see what the issues are with your laptop and proceed with the next steps needed. Our Technicians are available Monday-Saturday from 10am-9pm and Sundays from 11am-6pm.
