If I got a 3060 TI what would I need to upgrade
I am new to pc and I bought a pre built sometime around last year. Turns out a lot of my specs are pretty low. I want to start upgrading a lot.
My current GPU is Nvidia 1650 rtx. PSU 600 watts. Motherboard is X570-A Pro. 16 Gb ram. 1tb of SSD. unsure about the fans and I don' think I have cooling.
Any feedback would be nice.

Black Ops Cold War has much higher system recommended than Red Dead. Activision is recommending a 3070 for "competitive" performance. Does your budget allow one of those? Otherwise a 3060 Ti will get you pretty close.

Greetings. What processor do you have?

A 1650 is not bad and I wouldn't call it "pretty low". Can you describe what game(s) you play and are unhappy with?

My processor is a Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor. I would like to play games like Red dead and Black Ops Cold War at a high level of performance.

A 3060 Ti is more in my budget. Would I just need to upgrade my power supply? Or would 600 watts be okay?
-
Typically not unfortunately. Most 3060 Ti's will recommend at least a 750W supply.

nVidia's own spec page says a 600W is what's needed for 3060 Ti: GeForce RTX 3060 Family | NVIDIA (go down to 'specs' and open 'full specs')
A 3060 Ti has a TBP of 200W and the 3600 is 95W. So, 300W by the hungriest components at max draw in the proposed system. The existing 600W should be plenty.
Ah, I see what Ian is referring to; the ones marketed as "Overclocked" have bumped up to 750W by the card makers. It's probably OK anyway but if you want to be cautious just shop for one that does not say overclocked, such as: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti XC Gaming Dual-Fan 8GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 Graphics Card - Micro Center
