I get a pop up box that asks me to connect (asks me to enter user name and password, which is already populated) and when I press OK, the same box pops up again. Unfortunately, I do not remember the password so I'm not sure if it is accurate or not. Can I change that password and try again? Or, any other suggestions?
Hi -- I ended up calling the help desk and they were very helpful. I was using Outlook which I use for my gmail. I'm good now.
