Is this a good deal/build?

Greetings, I'm not seeing most of those parts available from Micro Center, but I don't see why you'd have an issue with that build for gaming if that is in your budget. Here is what to expect from an 6650 XT for gaming: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/msi-radeon-rx-6650-xt-gaming-x/16.html You can page through the review here to get an idea on game fps on various resolutions.

Hello. Those level of parts would be sufficient to run games like Elden Ring/Skyrim. If you are wanting to run a higher fidelity or smoother performance, you could bump up your graphics card and processor. But as it is, those parts can handle those games.

The m.2 is such a mystery brand that even your own screen shot shows none available anywhere. I suggest you look at Crucial or Western Digital or Samsung. Also for the DDR4, I have never heard of that brand. Consider Cucial or GSkill or Corsair.
