Hello. Those level of parts would be sufficient to run games like Elden Ring/Skyrim. If you are wanting to run a higher fidelity or smoother performance, you could bump up your graphics card and processor. But as it is, those parts can handle those games.
The m.2 is such a mystery brand that even your own screen shot shows none available anywhere. I suggest you look at Crucial or Western Digital or Samsung. Also for the DDR4, I have never heard of that brand. Consider Cucial or GSkill or Corsair.
