Changes in Creality

Just putting this out there so others are aware.
Creality has been cost cutting their Ender 3v2 and Ender 3 Pro.
they are listed as having Meanwell PSU, however that is not true anymore. Microcenter needs to update their pages to reflect changes now found on Creality’s website. I found out the hard way. They now use those own branded units, however they are not rebadged meanwells or even Changliang they used to use.

also be aware that they are no longer using Arm STM cpus. The one I got had a GigaDigit CPU which is one of the better clones out there. There is also another cpu floating out there after researching what I found when looking at the board.

this is important when compiling your own firmware.

while I get supply chain issues, I feel these are more cost cutting the  supply chain.
Voxel Aquila was the first to really make CPU changes as they have 4 versions of cpus they are using.
STM, H,N and GD - with the last 3 being clones of the STM.

thanks,
John
