Nitro XV series - XV272U V and a Asus VG249Q1R monitor.
I have the monitors specified above, and the XV272U V has display port and the other has regular HDMI. Whenever I open a game or some tabs the screen becomes really neon and the colors are insanely bright. I have some pictures. I was wondering what the problem was.
(I bought both monitors from Micro Center at Tustin.)

Do the issues persist if you turn HDR off in Windows?

Hello @Destro
Thank you for posting on the Micro Center Community! Is this weird Neon coloring issue happening on both monitors or just the one? Since things are getting brighter, have you checked to see if you have enabled HDR through Windows?
Another thing to make sure of is to check that your GPU Drivers are up to date. Especially if it happens on every game.

It is happening on both monitors. I have HDR enabled through windows on the XV272U. All my GPU drivers are up to date.

@Ian omg it fixed it. Thank you so much. I don't know why oversaturation happens when HDR on windows and monitor is on.

I'll be sure to come back if anything happens again. Thank you so much for your help :D

Good to hear. Windows adaptation of HDR is kinda weird honestly, it's really not the greatest for most applications/videos etc.
Dell has a good article on this https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000143830/colors-are-faded-and-washed-out-when-high-dynamic-range-is-enabled-in-windows-10
