I'm new to PC building. I'm looking for advice on the parts, and whether I need any more parts for the PC to function. I'd also love to slightly cut the cost if at all possible. I intend to primarily use the PC for gaming, image processing, and video editing.

Honestly there is not much you can really change in the current parts list in your budget and what you plan on doing with the PC, everything looks solid as-is.
