How do I get my Ender 3 pro with touchscreen and CR touch Z axis offset?
I am having issues here. I have had an Ender 3 pro with a touchscreen, 4.2.7 silent board, and CR Touch auto leveling. The issue is that I cannot set my Z offset because it will not go below zero. I need to know how I can fix this, as creality is no help at all and none of the youtube videos discuss this. hooking my computer up to my 3d printer is not an option, as my computer is a desktop and across the room from my printer. how can I fix this so I can get my Z offset set properly?

I forgot to mention that I am a complete noob, so saying to adjust the G-code without a walk through is complete nonsense to me.

Hey jcannon1701 I believe if you loosen those 2 screws you can slide it down a bit to adjust it for your Z-Axis.
