902 frequent reboots

I just picked up a 902 and I can't use it for more than 10-15 minutes before it reboots. Help please!

Looks somewhat random. The DirectX BSOD's are more consistent, but this may be due to resizable bar. I'm going to ask you for one more piece of information and to test the RAM.

Please screenshot the memory and SPD tabs. On SPD please select each slot where memory is installed. #2 and #4 should be the two populated.
