I ordered some corsair LGA 1700 screws but when clicking checkout it just took me to an empty cart. Now I am not sure if there was actually an order placed because the order history is blank. If there wasn't then I really need to get an order for these in.
If you go to microcenter.com and click the "HELP" link at the top of the page, you can live chat with a help member and they can most likely guide you to finding out if the purchase was completed or not.
The chat button doesnt seem to have a link tied to it. It changes to orange like I can click it but there is no path set.

Yes, I oddly had to use Edge instead of chrome in order to place the order. But I did it with two day shipping for 8.99 but the confirmation email says 8/21 ship date? That is too late for me.
I am seeing the item as listed as "usually ships in 5-7 business days" so that estimate would be correct. It may ship out sooner, it will depend on stock/availability of our warehouse locations. You will receive an email once it does process for shipping.
I would like to cancel this order # I get that it says 5-7 days but I find it odd that the site would still let me do two day shipping. I would rather go and get this from a store instead. The "Shipping and accounting" is offline so I can't use the chat and cant find any sort of phone number.
Also the chat seems to only work in edge and not chrome?
