I recently checked out for a laptop battery as guest, using a different email from the one used to make this account, however, when I entered my payment details and clicked to confirm and pay, it did not send me an email or any confirmation information. I'm not sure if it processed the transaction or not.
Greetings. Is this for a shipping order or store pickup order? Any sort of order placed during our business hours should get a confirmation email within no more of 20 or so minutes of placing the order.
It was a shipping order, and after 20 minutes I didn't get any confirmation email.
I tried looking for an order under your email address and was unable to find it. It does not seem that your order went through and I would double check with your bank. If your order did not go through, I recommend calling our Micro Center Online at 614-850-3675; option 3 for assistance with online shopping.
