In-Store Pickup Reservation --- How do I delete the reservation?
I reserved something in the store. They didn't have it ready by the time that I went there, so I picked it up myself off of the shelf. How do io release/delete that reservation?

Items are usually held for you for a few days at the store pick-up area when you reserve them. If you want to cancel the reservation, just let one of our associates at the pick-up desk know, and they can cancel the order for you in-store. After a few days, the items on reserve expire on their own and will be put back on the shelves.

Greetings. Reservations automatically cancel if not picked up in the 3 day window listed in your reservation is ready email.
