MSI Aegis R 12TE-276US Gaming PC system/case fan not spinning help

Hello, just recently bought this pc over a month ago and its already giving me an issue... the middle system/case fan spins on startup then just stops. all leds and other fans in the front and back are working properly. gpu fans spin when i boot a game up but are idle otherwise. cant find any help online other than saying to check and make sure the fan is getting power but it must if it spin for a bit then stops right? it has no dust in there its only a little over a month old and no wires getting in the way. Please let me know what I can do. I don't see any option of messaging micro center to ask for help. I can only pay someone to help me which is ridiculous for a brand new pc it should be warranted for this kind of issue.

With three fans effected I would suspect a faulty fan controller. Most likely on the back of the system, could be a lose connection there.

The system is warrantied by MSI for 1 year.
