I bought 2 HP Probook 640g1's and one of them does not recognize the hard drive. Do I contact Micro center for support, or do I contact the refurbisher? I bought these on 3/14, and it is now 7/19 are they under a warranty? Granted these are simple questions that could easily be resolved if you posted a phone number on your website.
Greetings. Refurbished systems typically come with a 90 day warranty so if it was purchased in March it would be outside warranty. You can bring the laptop in to a MicrO Center store if you are having issues with it, no appointment needed.
