I placed a reservation for parts that totalled up to around $1200, but then was told by e-mail that some parts were not available. However, my card was still charged for the whole $1200 immediately despite some parts included in the price being unavailable and the FAQ saying only a $1 hold would be placed on the card until I came in person to pick it up. Does anybody know why? Or am I just missing something obvious?

Hello, our Dallas location is currently running a short-term test where store pickups are paid for in full online. If items were cancelled, once the rest of the pickup is processed in store and picked up, any refund will be issued at that time in-store, or if it is not picked up within the 3 day period, a refund would be issued once the entire order is cancelled.
