Graphics card fan not spinning.
I have an early 2008 Mac Pro and my ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256 MB graphics card fan has stopped spinning for the most part. It’ll get hot then spin real fast and then the computer will often turn off and reboot. This happened after a power outage so I’m wondering if the problem could be the computer’s power supply or mother board. Any advice on how to diagnose would be helpful. I’ve already cleaned the power supply and the graphics card.

With the PC being that old, it will be quite difficult to find any sort of service or parts available for it at this time. You can look over a website like this for possible repair tips and ideas: https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Mac_Pro_First_Generation
