Greetings, could you provide more details on what you are having issues with? I see you're on the VPN window of settings, but are you just trying to get a connection in general? What parts do you have? When did this issue start occurring?

Hye, it looks like you need to install the drivers for your network adapter. If you have a prebuilt machine, look to see if it came with a disk that has drivers already installed. If you have a custom board, a similar cd should have come with the motherboard. If your computer does not have a CD drive, you can pick one up at your local Micro Center that plugs into USB for around $25. If you are not able to figure out how to get the drivers installed properly, I would recommend you take the computer to the service department at the closest Micro Center to you, so they can install it for you.
