Warranty / Exchange Policy on damaged LG OLED C1

I recently purchased a LG C1 Open Box Refurbished unit from my local Microcenter

During my calibration, I noticed the screen has a bruise-like purple mark. It was extremely noticeable against a green background

There are no other refurb units in stock

I see there is a display only unit available for sale but it is not a refurbished unit nor complete like this open box deal I purchased

Would an exchange be possible? What are my options? I don't want to return the unit as it was a great price. Some sort of exchange would be ideal
