BIOS update on Tomahawk B350
So I've been a bit slack updating the BIOS on my motherboard, so my question is; do I have to install all the missed updates or just the latest one

You just have to install the latest one, it will have all the previous updates already rolled into it.

Just the latest one unless you see any disclaimer from the motherboard manufacturer. Sometimes there are situations with micro code as an example where they'll tell you to stage it.
