That motherboard can take one PCIe 4.0 m.2 drive. You might get the Samsung 980 series that's 4.0 instead of that 970 which is 3.0

I would go for a tower air cooler like Vetroo V5 or ID-COOLING SE224XT and go for 12600k and MSI PRO Z690A Wifi DDR4. Also if you are using ryzen 5000 series or 12th gen go for 3600mhz ram

I hope you didn’t buy it yet. But you could have saved $300 by going with Asus Barebones Peformance kit which contains the same parts other than the case, PSU, and liquid cooler. But the case is an E-ATX Asus Tuf case with maximum airflow. The PSU is 750 watt Asus Tuf bronze. The liquid cooler is Asus Strix LC.
